  3. Temporary improvement of severe glabellar wrinkles (moderate to severe) associated with corrugators muscle and/or procerus muscle activities in adults aged 18 to 65.
  4. Treatment of upper limb spasticity associated with stroke in patients 20 years and older.

Dosage and Administration for Different Conditions

  • Blepharospasm: Initial recommended dose is 1.25 – 2.5 U (0.05 mL to 0.1 mL volume at each site).
  • Pediatric Cerebral Palsy: Total dose of 4U/kg bodyweight is recommended for the affected gastrocnemius muscle.
  • Glabellar Wrinkles: Reconstituted to 100U/2.5mL (4U/0.1 mL), with effects lasting approximately 3-4 months.
  • Muscle Spasticity: Dosage tailored to individual factors; reconstituted Meditoxin injected using a sterile needle.
